About - Frontline Web Development

Frontline Web Development represents over 8 years of Web and e-Learning development experience. Frontline's founder, Kevin Ketterer, holds Bachelors degrees in Computer Engineering and Information Technology, and has extensive experience programming for e-Learning and Website projects.

While FWD seeks to improve the customer and learner experience with client -side programming, we are equally comfortable programming on the server-side; connecting to local databases, XML sources, and Web services.

Next is a small list of programming projects and experience that makes Frontline Web Development confident we can help move your Internet project forward.

Flashform Customization

In order to fulfill the request of instructional design experts, Kevin created a custom collapsible tree table of contents for the Flashform e-Learning development tool. He also created new page templates and forms that allow designers to easily develop unique content pages for Flashform-based courses. All of these files are available on this Frontline Web Development site.

Custom Shopping Cart Application

Kevin has developed a custom shopping cart system that allows learners to view availability of, and check out training library resources such as DVD's, books, and CD's. With this ASP.NET-based system, administrators can easily check for late items, and with a couple clicks send e-mails to anyone who is late returning an item.

Meeting Room Reservation Interface

Kevin developed a Flash and XML-based interface that allows home office employees to view meeting room statistics by clicking on an interactive floor plan. The interface loads data from easily editable XML files, and was designed to easily adapt to changing room reservation policies.

Custom e-Learning Reports

Kevin wrote several ASP and ASP.NET e-Learning progress reports that provided course and curriculum completion data to individuals, stores, and district offices. The individual reports included the option to drill down to a course to see responses to individual quiz questions.
