·    Enhanced existing ASP and ASP.NET applications to meet new business requirements, improve usability, and increase performance.

·     Introduced the development team to Flex and Flex Builder 3 as a way to create more engaging and responsive client experiences.

·     Was instrumental in the planning, design, and development of a Flex, Cairngorm, and ASP.NET-based Rich Internet Application for customers to evaluate and compare wireless phones and other high-end electronic products.

·     Spearheaded the introduction of the company's first wiki. Collaborated closely with former Learning and Development coworkers, as well as IT team members in order to deliver a customized wiki on time and within budget.

·     Tracked application usage with WebTrends SmartSource Data Collection to streamline the number of applications being presented to field personnel. This also focused the development team efforts on the applications that are most important to our business.

·     Designed and developed a Flex and ASP.NET-based stock viewer for company intranet.

·     Designed and developed ASP.NET-based Web services to return product repair information for customers. Also created a custom Cairngorm-based Flex front end to consume the Web services and provide customers with a rich, easy to use interface.
